This clinic is very good and refined. Very much with its doctors, all the assistants and the secretaries. They are polite, good, and kind in their dealings with others. As for their work, they are honest and wonderful. As for Dr. Caroline, she is very beloved. And Dr. Raymond is very kind, and their work is wonderful. As for their assistants, they are people of great beauty and kindness. They are good toAnd they have respect and good treatment with the reviewers. As for the secretariat and Sundus, the secretary and others also speak Arabic, Assyrian and English, and they are all good, one better than the other. I’ve been a patient for many years now and each time has been a good and positive experience. The whole team are always so friendly during my visits. Caroline has been cleaning my teeth every 6 months for the last few years very efficiently, while also giving helpful advice on the best ways to take care of them which I appreciate a lot. Dr. Raymond also took good care of family and I when we first started coming to the clinic which encouraged us to stay loyal to them. Overall, I really appreciate their care and service over the years for my dental health. Had two crowns done recently at Dr Raymond Platon’s clinic in Wetherill Park and the whole experience was excellent. I brought my wife (who also did veneers) and our daughter came along for a teeth whitening session, so we made it a bit of a family visit! The team was friendly and made all of us feel comfortable. Everything was explained really clearly and the treatment was smooth from start to finish. My crowns feel great and look really natural, and my daughter was super happy with her results too. The clinic is modern, very clean, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I honestly can’t recommend Reema and Ninos enough! I came in for a consultation about composite bonding with my wedding only a week away, and even though they were completely booked out for the next two weeks, they went above and beyond and stayed back to do my treatment that same day. They were both so professional, kind and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. They even managed to fit me in for a new retainer this week, which I really appreciated with the wedding so close. To top it all off, they kindly gave me a 5% discount as a little wedding gift, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. You can really tell they care about their patients and aren’t just focused on getting you in and out. Dr Raymond Platon has been our family dentist since 2014. Since then, I have never gone to another dental clinic because all staff are friendly and welcoming. He did my 14-year-old daughter's braces, and she felt very comfortable with him and did not complain of any pain or discomfort from wearing braces. I recently had six front veneers. Since then, I have been getting compliments with a whiter and beautiful smile. Even Caroline, the dental hygienist, was very thorough with cleaning my teeth. Dr. Raymond, Caroline and staff from Dr Raymond Platon and associates are amazing.. They are so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Usually when I go to the dentist, I panic but they just know how to make you feel at ease. Saw Dr Raymond yesterday for a consultation and x-rays and today I saw Caroline for some dental work. Love how she asks you who your favourite singer is, and then plays music for you. I cannot recommend them enough.
